Ripoff deceptive, unclear info, no web-site

I also received a flyer in the mail from New Start Co. They promised to pay $8.74 for ALL letters received. This sounds almost too good to be true. I e-mailed my question about how much they pay and wanted clarity on whether this amount was for each letter or all the letters together. I also wanted to know if the amount they pay would go down with time and if they had a web-site that I could review the company from?

Their response was vague. They said that the amount they pay would not go down. That they have no web-site for public review.

This respone did not give me enough confidence in their legitimacy for me to send my money to join the program. My brother and I are looking for home-based mailer businesses to work with. This is not one either of us would recommend. Thank you.
