&t really is the worse bank, my husband and i've banked with them for ten year checking, credit line, savings, then today i called to find out info on cd's for my baby girl's future, being illterate on cd's wanting somenone to explain what my options are, ther womanname shirley at madison first answered phone rudely then only told me about one ira that she can get out when 59yrs old, how stupid, then told me to ome and pick up brochures, in other words had no time for my questions, now earlier this week my husband made a deposit on friday.
He wrote down wrong acct # only first 3 lettersof acct# i caught this after calling 1800 number to check on how much, but never showed up, after 8 phone calls talking to different people from avery, brenda summerlin, no one knows where my money is, they are waiting on mail to run, now meantime bb&t is getting rich off credit advancements, i'm getting totally peeoed, called today twice after no one called me after promising to, brenda's in ahurry to run off to a meeting at 3pm, has'nt checked on my money, now my question is here it is a week no one has a clue where my money is. Now today avery's said she will call cutsomer service to find a number to call you would think they would have that number.
Poorly run bank after this corrected, i called fnb spoke to a nice woman kelly brown answered all my questions, told me about cd's, their checking took time with me needless to say we will be fnb customer, i was before i married and was always happy
bb&t needs to close or at least get good empolyees, before they go bankrupt
