I have been using Avery Labels website for many years but won't use it any more. They changed website format. It is harder to navigate, the pages look very busy. I spent 30 min trying to find how to open my saved projects and when I finally did they will not print. The screen kept freezing. I called technical support. They did not help at all. They suggested that I should load another browser. I have been using Internet Explorer for various applications and never had a problem. So why should I use another browser. I’d rather start buying another product. There are many other choices.
What I looked at Avery customer's ratings on their website, they were very high and I was a little surprised that all the reviews were raving about the service and the products. I submitted my negative review and that's what I received today by e-mail: "Your Avery Review has been Rejected. Your recent review of Avery Design & Print Online didn't get posted online because it didn't meet one of our established guidelines". Now we know why the rating are so high!!!
