Susan, I just went through the same problem as you and I'm still waiting refund for the insurance, they never answer the phones and do not respond to my e-mail's, I'm still waiting on my refund now, I am working on some things now if I hear anything I'll try to contact you. Hopefully, there just backed up from the holidays and we will get our money back and I guess we will be alot more careful next time, but this really set my family back right before christmas!
