First National Credit Card, Cca ripped off 200.00 dollars from me and still robbing my bank account money for my rent and bills Ripoff

I thought i was getting a credit card and got a credit card for a catalog it was 200.00 when i called very upset and wanted to cancel they would not return my money it was just a pending action on my bank account but they still wouldnt stop it now they just took all of my money out of my account and even over drew it i dont have my rent or bill money now and iam currently unemployed i have 4 children and iam about to loose everything including our home they pray on innocent people just trying to survive please help me
