I received a "final notice" letter from this supposed " Collection Agency" (Business Office Systems and Solutions) which warned me that if I do not pay them, this will go against my credit rating. It is all fraudulent and I was given a run-around. They are trying to get unsuspecting consumers to pay in order to prevent further actions. BEWARE!!!
Contact the Federal Trade Commission@ 1-877-382-4387. I was told that if enough calls are made, this company will be investigated.
Also contact the Better Business Bureau in Midland@ 432-563-1880. I would also recommend contacting the Texas Attorney General to turn them in.
This has to be stopped before too many innocent people are ripped-off!!!
