Business Office systems & Solutions started calling my home several months ago with a recording causing me to assume it was a computer call. I hung up each time. Then I received a demand letter in the mail. This was the first written communication that I had and the first time I had a name.
Today I talked to them for the first time and they were very rude and hateful, demanding that I pay $8.40. They said that Mapnad Viatel was a Long Distance Carrier. I have never heard of it or been billed by them. This transaction was supposed to have happened in 2001. I intend to call our BBB and Att. General's office tomorrow. I have outstanding credit and can't imagine anyone filing a claim of $8.40 that never existed.
