We live in indiana and homecomings bought our loan from another company. We are very sick that we got stuck with a company that is so disturbing. We are currently not 30 days delinquent but will be as of nov. 24. I was taken off work for maternity leave and my jod was not given back to me. My husband frames houses for a living and with delco having their problems things are slow for him. Homecomings is already talking of foreclosure and i think that is very unprofessional. We have 4 children and work to do our best. I had told homecomings that i would make a $200.00 payment each week so we could hopefully catch up and i was told they do not accept partial payments... To me i think their concept is to foreclose instead of reasonable solutions. They say partial payments are too hard to credit properly well if you are hired to push paperwork then don't complain of the paperwork you have to push. To me if an effort is made then there should be some type of solution or courtesy. Homecomings talks of customer service and priority to its customers. My question is where is it? I understand that the hurricane victims lost everything and our hearts go out to them, but there are other people in this country that need assisted too. I think it is wrong to take somebody's home from them when thay are giving all they can, but i guess they would rather see economy even worse than it is. Aren't our shelters full enough. Shouldn't everyone have a decent chance at a happy life in a home without having to worry about coming home to your belongings locked in the home or thrown on the street. This company is very disappointing and i see no customer support. They do not return calls and they send you letters saying they have options to help you and then say they can't do anything for you. Either your customers are important or they are not. Either you can help or you can notdo not advise solutions you can not do or are not willing to do.
