I started with MMG back in August. After a few months in the program I wanted out because they did not help my situation and actually made matters worse for me. I closed my account with them in May. I was told I would receive my money back in 6-8 weeks. I have called several times, left messages, no one ever returns my calls. The few (4) times I have been able to get someone on the phone they claim they never received my letter and that they are still waiting for a power of attorney from one of my creditors.
I want my money back, my money situation is even worse than ever now and all I have left to do is file bankruptcy because my credit is so beyond repair thanks to them. Someone please tell me what I need to do to get my money back. Please help!!! =o (
