After sending over $5,000.00 in payments to consolidate my debt and only having 9 payments left till being finished, it was brought to my attention that we could no longer contact Risk Management Partners LTD, either by phone, email or get into our account information via website. Money had been taken up until May for my account. I have tried numerous phone calls, emailings, tried to get thru the website and no luck. No information was found until another customer/friend of mine found this site. We are both frantic and in a very bad financial situation (due to medical reasons) that's why we had to consolidate in the first place. We have no clue where to turn or what to do.
Please if anyone could give us any kind of assistance to get our money back and what to do about the creditors, let us know.
