I signed up with Risk Management Partners in 2004. They convinced me that their Debt Consolidation Program was the best out there. The plan was to pay them a set amount every month and they would negotiate settlements for me with my Credit Card Companies.
After a while my account balance with Risk Management Partners grew but they were not settling my debts for me. When I questioned them I did not get a respose. This made me feel uncomfortable so I cancelled my contract with them.
When I cancelled my contract I was told that my money would be refunded to me in 4-6 weeks. It has been over 4 months and I still do not have my money back.
I have emailed, left messages for Risk Management Partners and have gotten no response. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was unsuccessfull in getting in contact with Risk Management Partners.
Risk Management Partners has over $3,000 of my money and will not return it. They stole my money! Risk Management Partners used to be located in Carson City Nevada but have recently moved to Irving Texas.
