Unfair collect practices this person or persons have been calling my home for the past 3 months everydy asking to speak to my daughter that doesn't live here anymore, time and time again I tell them that she no longer resides here but they keep calling my home, sometimes they will start calling at 7 A.M. I feel that they are harassing me to collect her debt. They have her work number but they keep calling my home. Sometimes, they call and hang up ten times a day, my nerves are on edge they are wreaking my home life and I want them to stop.
They can reach her through the mail. These unfair collect practices are against the law, as you well know.
