This company was angry that there top producing employee was leaving to start there own company so they fired the employee by falsly accusing them of Fraud on there clients. Then they went after the clients files and put Fraud charges against them which almost caused me to loose my ernest money as well as required me to change lenders and obtain a new loan in the remaining 4 days before scheduled COE Close of Escrow. They tried stating that the loan officer had put in the amount of $25,000 of there money into my account making it so I could qualify for the loan and that there was an LLC formed between Loan officer and Client. All of which was false and was proved through the documentation they never even asked to see before jumping to conclusions. They tried to ruin two careers and all they are getting is a large lawsuit and the loss of there best employee as well as a REALTOR who used to send them all there business and make sure everyone went there.
