I was just contacted by these individuals, (Officer John Petterson And Officer Williams)... Stating I took out a loan from Cashnet.com... Which I never had... I had gotten emails for a loan and I checked it out... I gave my info but never secured a loan with the company... Because there was to much of a run around on whether I would get the loan... So now they claim that I got a loan and I either pay them or there will be a contact with the court in my town for me to appear to court... I would like to know what can I do to stop this false accusations and charges???
