I talked with a lawyer named lawrence Tien of the Tien Law Firm in Houston Texas and he indicated he is doing a national investigation of Ameriquest forcing appraisers to puff up the values of appraisals. If you are a victim of this or if as an employee you saw this happen you should call this guy. I know in our case Ameriquest came back with an appraisal that was about 30% higher than reality. That's not right.
