We live in the Bay area and we feel like we were ripped off by Ameriquest. One of the things that happened to us is that they said our house was worth more than it really was. I just discovered a national class action related to Ameriquest for doing this sort of thing. The Law firm doing the case is in Houston Texas and its called the Tien Law Firm. I spoke with Laurence Tien and I think he wants to talk to former employees about corporate putting pressure on loan officers to inflate the values of appraisals. If you used to work for Ameriquest and you saw this happen you should get a hold of this guy. What this company does to people is horrible. Did this sort of thing happen to you or as an employee did they make you do this. Why is this company still in business?
