OCWEN Bank has received my checks each and every month. Every month my check takes 15-18 days to clear. The cashier entered January's payment and proceeded to credit it to December. When the cashier realized the error deleted both the mis-entry of January's payment and the December payment and never re-entered either. My account shows 2 months in arrears. This also happened to my account 6 months ago. I have repeatedly spoken with a supervisor and provided proof of 8 months worth of checks and the matter still has not been corrected. I am continuously harrassed each and every time I call into OCWEN, almost daily at this point.
