I replied to an email from the company saying they only needed to confirm address, email and bank account # for delivery of preapproved credit card; they failed to mention that they would debit an 'application fee'. When I called to cancel the application, the representative said they would only refund $100. My account is now in the negative for the additional $59.95 that is claimed to be part of their nonrefundable fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was never connected.
