This company called me at my work. The first lady that called was very rude and offensive to me. Ripoff

I received my first call from this company at work. The lady was very rude and offensive. She made threats and told me if I didn't pay the amount that her company would start garnishment of my wages. She assured me that there had been a judgement against me and she was just giving me one more last chance.

A week later I received another call from another caller stating that she got me by mistake and really was calling the human resource person about me not to me. I attempted to get HR on the phone and she was out to lunch. I returned back to the phone and the lady said, "Are you Alice?" I can talk to you. You owe us over 9000.00 and are you going to pay the offer of 3700.00. I told her no, I don't have the money. Then she stated you can't come up with 297.00 a month? She said Otherwise you will be paying 450.00 a month due to the judgement and your wages will be garnished. I told her again that I didn't have the money and would she send me a copy of the garnishment against me. She refused to do this. I told her I needed to talk to me lawyer. She told me I had until 3:00 pm to call her back. I didn't call her back.

She called me again the next day and began with the same spill. I told her not to call me again and gave her my lawyers name and number. She said, It won't do any good to file bankrupcy. She then asked to talk to the Human Resources again. She began asking questions about me and of course she gave her no information about me because she had no judgement against me. The lady became very rude with her and asked the number of the Corporate office.

The company made untrue statments that they had a judgement against me and I am not aware of this and they cannot prove this. These people are a ripoff company tryingn to scare people into paying money even if they don't have it. They suggest that you charge the amount to another credit card or take out a loan on your home or they will place a lien on your home etc.

I don't know how people like this sleep at night basing their job off of making other peoples lives miserable. They should find themselves in the same predictiment to be repaid for their rude and ripoff attitudes.
