Fake internet credit card scam * elite mastercard *

Email advertisment linked to credit improvement website promised a apporved credit card. The application included information like email, social security card # checking account # ect the terms (which are hidden) not on same page informed me that a 159.00 charge would be taken from my checking account they already had my checking account number from the application

Confirmation was promised by an email to a phantom email address
([email protected]) none came to date 1 month and waiting

I HAVE COPIES OF CANCELED CHECK WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT
into the following bank:
