It includes Property tax links and write faxes to City. State of PA govt offices. I contacted the BRT (City tax dept.) last week via hallwatch and pasted the below information and ask for the BRT to update their error. Ocwen foreclosed 6. We moved 7-1999 after a court docket stated we will be evicted by sheriff. There were two Sheriff Sales in 1999 and Ocwen couldnt sell the house because of major settlement damage and property built on creek. The damage was $35,000. The house was boarded up 7 til 3 when if was rented out. This property is unsafe and Ocwen appears to be collecting the rent. After I contacted the city last week you can see how the removed my husbands name from the account!!! They just added more leins to his name! I'm tired of being Railroaded by the City of Phila and their Scapegoat! Why isnt the city bill the proper owner Ocwen? Note Ocwen obtained a Judgment on us in 1999. The city records still show the Judgment that was Unserved by the City! Money is talking and _ _ walking!
Please help me fight this matter ASAP!
