Life after Ocwen Foreclosure???
After foreclosure is there any hope? I filed chap 13 in 1998 and Ocwen still foreclosed in 1999. There is a Judgement of $43,500. Sitting on city record, yet Ocwen denies the Judgement and sent a bill in 2000 for $13,000. They took the house back off of sheriff sale and left it half boarded up ever since! Who is Not maintaining the property now Ocwen? YOU ARE OCWEN!!!
Are they "Ocwen" paying the taxes and fire insurance? Doubt it! Any with a foreclosure have any luck finding housing? To rent in this city you need good credit and looks like no children! Buying is out of the picture forever isn't it? What have others that have been foreclosed on by Ocwen done to get another roof over their heads (outside of living with family)? Advise needing ASAP Please!!! Oh check your credit records and check any IRS documents. And if there is error dispute it!!!
