I was wondering how many in this group, lost money sent to Ocwen? Are you located in a major city? (Sec. 8 free house program would come into play here)
Anyone not served with court dockets by Ocwen? Anyone miss a court date, because of this? Is the amount Ocwen wants on your account, thousands more then you owe?
Is Ocwen changing the amount due, every other month? Was the property value stated by Ocwen, higher then what the other homes are selling for?
What does Ocwen want?
1) They want you to file Bankrupcy, at the Fake balance due!
2) To foreclose on your house. So they can sell to Sec. 8 people, and HUD pays the mortgage payments.
They get clear money over ten years!
And good hard working people that either lost their jobs or have a major illness "injury".. Are Out on the Streets! (Me!)
Tell me if anyone is looking into this? If so who?
Class Action Suit is needed ASAP!
