I would like to know if anyone else has any fake documentation sent to the IRS via Ocwen? I filed my 2000 taxes and included the information from Ocwens 1099 on my 1040. I was searching on my now foreclosed property. I noticed that after three years, Ocwen is now the owner. It took three years for Ocwen to change the information of the ownership. I also noticed that there is a $20,000. Difference on the market value of the house, compaired to city records. Ocwen added the selling price of a neighbors house to the market value on the form 1099. The error amount is the same that shows on a "No Service" Judgement against us!
Is Ocwen being investigated by the IRS? If not they should be!
Anyone else have the same trouble as me? I know that Ocwen stated there was a Tax Lien on my property. That went to the Justice dept. Since it was a IRS lien. I found out in 1999 that that IRS Tax Lien was Fake!
I had some trouble with a neighbor that worked for the city. Both Ocwen and the IRS blamed the city for the error.
Is anyone investigating Ocwen? Can someone update me on the class action law suit? Were any notices sent in the mail for the lawsuit? Should I contact the IRS again? Thanks
