Ripoff must be punished

We received a certificate for a credit card for $15,000.00 and it say it promised a line of credit. So we sent $43.00 rush for a credit card in the amount of $15,000.00 as promised they have cashed our check on 2/19/01 in the amount of $43.00. We have no phone number nor address to stop this.
