Scam - They have my money, I have nothing

I received a letter from First National Credit saying that I was pre-qualified for a credit card with a $15000 line of credit. The letter said to send $43 for rush processing and the card would be on the way. I purchased a money order for the amount of $43, sent it, and got no response.
