Capital Choice Consumer Credit ripped me off also. I sent in my $43 for a rush delivery. Well, I read all about it and read what you can do. They debited my account instead of cashing the check, so I called the bank to tell them that I did not authorize that debit, and which I didn't. Debiting an account is illegal if you do not have that persons' approval. So, they told me in a couple of days, my money WILL be back in my account. I called a number I got off this site for CCCC, 1-800-874-9164, and the name of that company was National Credit Service. The guy that I spoke with said that they ARE the same company as CCCC, but CCCC sends out there own letters out. National Credit Service also told me that they are a real credit card company and that they do not know what CCCC had sent. But, he did give me a number for CCCC and it's 1-800-874-9164 but the hours to call are from 9am - 5pm ET. I'm in California so I guess those hours are 6am - 2pm PST. If you can, close your account and open up a new one, OR, if you have a real good bank, just have them stop them from debiting your account PERIOD... Hope this helps everyone or someone out.
