We finance with them about 2 year ago. At settlement they put in our escrow account our property tax for the full year. Every month we paid $102.82 and was put in our escrow for the end of the year to pay our tax. At the end of Dec. 2003 when our tax was paid in full we ask them to refund us around $616.00 well after a year with letters & phone calls they did. If this county tax sale bill wasn't mail to us or was misplaced our house would be up for sale.
Now the good news we are refinancing our home the only way to get away from these Rip-Offs.
