Per Dec monthly statement they deducted $646.81 from our escrow We received a tax sale bill from the county that by May 10, they will sale our house if we dont pay them $778.21 RIPOFF
We finance with them about 2 year ago. At settlement they put in our escrow account our property tax for the full year. Every month we paid $102.82 and was put in our escrow for the end of the year to pay our tax. At the end of Dec. 2003 when our tax was paid in full we ask them to refund us around ...
