Post acceleration late charges are illegal

For those of you in Chapter 13 Option One charges late fees after foreclosure. This is improper. See Wells Fargo Bank MN, NA v. Patricia Ann Guarnieri Civil no. 3:03CV1591 (MRK) US District Court District of Connecticut. Post acceleration pre-petition late cahrges are not allowed. Decision was upheld from a lower court. - April 14 was the decision date.
