This company is a fraud. I was supposed to get one month of free serice from My Free Credit.com which included printing my credit reports (3) After 30 days they charge you 30.00. Well I signed up on 3/7/05 cancelled on 3/12/09 was charged 30.00 on 3/09/05 and another 35.00 on 3/24/05. The phone numbers they give out are phony. I have 3 numbers1-888-888-8553,1-877-469-7373 and 1-877-481-6826. One number puts you on hold and NEVER picks up, one number actually hangs up when you select one particular option, and the other number sometimes answers - most times does not but when they do answer, they tell you a rep. Will call bacvk within 48 hours they are open 24 hours a day. I have yet to get that call back and that was 3 days ago.
I did speak to someone that said she was going to e-mail me a form that I had to fill out for a refund within 5 days - I never got that either and when I called back that girl was non exhistant and they had no idea what I was talking about.
BEWARE - I have disputed these amounts with my bank and so far gotten 30/65 back but I am so afraid that they will continue to take money out of my account.
Read this before you sign up - it is total fraud!!!
