Got a charge on my credit card for $9.95, in 2. Called the number and said not a member of them please refund my money they said no problem, waited but they didnt refund my money.
Now it is March, got another charge on my credit card. Called the number again, told them not a member and she told me that will send a cancelation form for me to fill out vi e-mail. Have not recieved one yet. Can't get to there internet site to send them a e-mail of cancellation. Told them I want a refund of both charges and plus intrest. Don't know what to do. I tryed calling them this morning and now i just get busy signals.
