Attempted ripoff by direct billing

This morning I got the following message that appears to be from MyPerfectCredit.com.

Subject: ACTION ALERT-Maintain your Active Member status

Dear Tim,

Unfortunately there was a problem with transmission of your credit/debit card and we were not able to complete your payment for this billing cycle.

Your membership has been temporarily suspended. We will resubmit your card information in 12 days. If at that time we do not receive an approval your account will be closed.

To return to active member status, please log on to your Member Home Page and click Billing and Account and update your payment information with an appropriate payment method.

We appreciate your membership.

I never authorized this company to draft my account in the first place!

Based on the feedback regarding this company on the Rio-Off Report web site, this looks like either a failed attempt to draft from my acount without authorization or they are Phishing for account information.

This appears to be another example of dirty-dealing by this company.
