I got a bill from my Target card for $9.95 from myperfectcredit inc dated feb. 11. I haven't used the credit card in years so I was just a little surprised to suddenly see a charge on it. I called the number and was directed to send an email to [email protected] and ask for a cancellation form. Then you get an email to fill out and either fax back or email back but when you read the email it sounds like they will charge you another 29.95 to cancel.
I think I should have been able to cancel it on the phone but you can't talk to a real person. Why do I have to jump thru all of these hoops to get something cancelled That I never ordered. Let's just suppose that you no longer use the internet and have email how the heck is that peson going to get a cancellation.
