I bought a home in 1999, the loan was sold to Citifinacial Mortgage. The year 2000 I got behing in the loan later entered into a forbearance agreement, 6.
I sent 1750 each month with $3280.00 to start the agreement.By 9 Citifinancial started foreclosure without my knowledge, infact the judge ruled in their favor, they lied in their documents they stated they had not received a payment in over two years, they lied.
I found out about the foreclosure in May when I was checking on another property. They never told me about the foreclosure, nor did they send me documents showing me the property had been foreclosed.infact they were requesting additional monies at the same time. 1/02 they requested that I send 3,000 dollars. Two other times they requested as much as $5,000 each time. The property was foreclosed six months prior to that. They also have fabricated a sixteen digit credit card number and charged it off just so that they can ruin my credit. They withhold pay-off, and practice predatory lending. They use fraudulent and deceptive practices to steal property.
