Listed a non pre-foreclosed property as a preforeclosure Internet

My sister and I own a house in common that we have listed on the MLS with a licensed realtor.

This site added a listing saying that our house was in pre-foreclosure and defined that as a property where payments had been late or missing.

This is absolutely not the case with our property. All payments for mortgage, insurance and taxes are all up to date.

This company has also caused this fraudulent listing to show up in searches on zillow.com
