Ripoff

I responded to a "free" $50 gift card at Walmart thru MSN On-line services in December. The charge was to be $1.00. I never received the card, and have been charged $19.95 each month since for a "membership" fee.

I've called Galleria USA four times (twice in January, once in both February and March) and was assured each time that my membership had been cancelled. Each month after I called a new charge for $19.95 appeared.
I disputed the charges with my bank, who gave me provisional credit, which Galleria first denied and then agreed to. The charge has again shown up on my account and when I called the 800 number, I was told, via automatic response, that my "membership" was cancelled long before the last charge appeared.

So now I must go back to my bank and dispute the charge again. I'm sick of this company and their deceptive policy re: free gift cards, automatic withdrawals from my account, and refusing to cancel my "membership".
