Unauthorized, fraudulent charges continuing over 15 months! Nationwide

Mwi galleria - ct = frauds and rip-offs!

Because I have been caring for a relative with cancer the past year, I have not verified my credit charges for a long time. Today I made the time, and found:

Back in October MWI GALLERIA charged me $149.95. When I called them today, they said it was a "one-time membership fee" that I "authorized" when I purchased through an infomercial. (I authorized for product, nothing else). MWI claim they recorded ALL telephone orders, and was I telling them that I never authorized the membership fee.

I told them at NO TIME did I authorize anything other than a charge for the product Additionally, I told MWI that they had ALSO charged my credit card for $12.95 X 4 months in the spring of for which I had had to call them in May and chase the credit back. At THAT time, I had told them to NEVER CHARGE my credit card again! (I DID receive those credits for the $12.94 X 4 months.)

Regarding the $149.95, a very pleasant Cherone, ID # 4689, promised me she would issue me the credit for $149.95 within two business days, and again assured me they had CANCELLED "MY ACCOUNT" and would not be charging me again, nor would they call me or mail to me. She had said she had "punched up" my account and was looking at the whole account.

I decided to look FURTHER back in my credit card statements, and didn't I find ANOTHER unauthorized charge from MWI GALLERIA in December for $139.95. I called MWI back AGAIN today and this time I spoke with an EXTREMELY RUDE Tim ID #16604, who, after arguing with me for five minutes, finally said he would issue me a credit within days. It killed him, but he finally said my credit card would never be charged again. Do I TRUST them? NO!

Mwi galleria is a rip off fraudulent business!!!

All this because I HAD to have those dang pasta pots for $60. And they were worthless pieces of junk, to boot.

I hope all the infomercial companies and telemarketers are getting this - I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING AGAIN VIA INFOMERCIAL.

I had to cancel my credit card so they can't use it again! What a headache.
