They got me, all right! I ordered some "wrinkle" product, paid extra to get it sent express. Never received product and it has been a month.
Meanwhile, noticed an unidentifiable charge on my bank statement and called the 800 number. Was informed it was a monthly "membership fee" in GAlleria. Fast-talking, barely understandable woman on phone was rude. Backed down when I asked for a supervisor, but maintained she herself was authorized to handle the problem. I told her I would call BBB, lawyer, whatever it took to get that company put out of business. She said she was, right then, reversing the charge to my credit card and canceling the "membership." She would not give me her name.
I will call Boise Better Business Bureau today. Doesn't the FCC control Television scams? As expensive as television time is, it's too bad we cannot trust paid programming - there are reputable companies out there, spending lots of bucks.
