For those who have dealt with this company I would like to share my experience.
On march 9 I started calling this company after 9:30am which are their beginning hours M-F eastern standard time.
Of course for the first 5 minutes I got the machine saying the representatives are on the phone with other calls and someone would be with me shortly. After the third ring the machine comes on says leave a message someone will return my call.
The first itme I left a message and then immediately called back the same thing happened but I was surprise because someone finally answered.
Before I got any further into the conversation I asked for the representatives name. She hesitated and then gave me a first name.
I went on and gave her the dates they called me and the dates that the payment was presented and paid on my banking account, which were on the 10th of February. I told her that I hadn't received anything.
Wwith the dates given she then said I shouldn't receive anything until the 17th of March.
I asked her did she have a list of schedules or something that had the dates on because she didn't ask for any verification and hadn't entered anything into the system.
She said she would look it up if I wanted her to and then asked me for the number which they had contacted me on. She pulled up the information and I asked her what name they had on the account? It was me.
She said again that I wouldn't get anything until the 17th. I asked what exactly would I be getting? She said a package. I said a package of what? She said in the package there would be an application form and some benefits.
I asked what is the application for? She said that this application had to be received first and then the credit card would be sent. Just to be clear of things I asked being that this is pre-approved and not approved once the application was received and I don't actually get a pproved what would happen? She said this is an gauranteed approval.
So I will wait and see if I do get something on the 17th and go from there.
