This is to Ameriquest and all who handled my loan and anyone on this site that's looking for information. After a year of hard work gathering up documents.
Locating names from first contact to the last contact with your attorney. Sorting out all the misleading statements on paper and phone calls. Looking into the misrepresentation, fraud, bait & switch, emails you said you never received yet one showed up in a reply to a complaint on my part to the State Banking Commissioner of Pennsylvania and the distorted facts included in this letter from your attorney, The appraisal you gave me on my property compared to the appraisal I had done less than one year to yours (almost double), the money you placed in escrow to pay my property taxes and then you paid two years one set to one school district and the other set to another school district when my house is in the same dirt it was built on 44 years ago, your idiotic reply to my question about this, The harassing phone calls up to 19 in one day, and the last one was a threat in my view, calling me when I'm late the day after due date, records that don't match mine.
It is now time to meet all of you in court and with the press. I may be disable but I am ready now for all of you to answer the lies and the fraud you have done to me and my young son. And for you employees of Ameriquest who keep on posting here on this site. Its time for you to sit back and evaluate what you are being told to do by Ameriquest. Ask yourself if your willing to spend time in court and even prison for lying and fraud. Is Ameriquest an the head man worth it? I say no way. You are nothing buy a puppet on a string for Ameriquest. It will be you and the other employees that face trial time and jail time. And you Ameriquest puppets why don't you act like men and sign your name and contact information.
Now I'm no lawyer but I do have one. Ameriquest it's time to face the judge. I told you years ago I would not let this matter go. Who do you think you are spending millions on ads and Professional sports to show a kinder Ameriquest? I wonder if the Ricco Act applies to your practices? Oh and about the Refinance that I applied for and the reason you gave for denying me (Can't loan me money on my terms) I never asked for any terms what so ever. This was done on the phone and I was suppose to get to offers in twenty minutes. (never happened) What were my terms you said I made? I wonder if there is fraud on your part here? I better look into this also.
To all customers who feel they have been a victim of fraud with Ameriquest be sure and check the correct boxes on this site to be notified by an attorney when a class action is filed. I'm sure one is on the way.
