My JK Harris story is just as most I have read. Took my money made promises and did nothing. No returned faxes or phone calls. Neglected my account so now my IRS liability is 25% higher and I have a tax lien and the IRS is ready to garnish wages. Finally today after a returned phone call that took almost 3 weeks from my incredibly incompetent account representative at JK Harris I have come to the conclusion that this company is breaking many laws with "intent" to purposefully rip-off consumers who are quite vulnerable due to the stress of dealing with the IRS.
Be Warned! Everything JK Harris does for you (at incredibly high fess) and everything that they promise you and don't do, you can do yourself. Do not fall for this rip-off company that promises to settle anything with the IRS that will benefit you. It will not happen the way they tell you.
