I am being billed through jk harris now through their collection agency and as of a couple of weeks ago did not know about them. My former spouse had gone to jk harris we were seperated, divorced.
I had signed nothing nor have I ever been contacted through this company now that I recieved a bill in my ex husbands name along with my name with charges of 7,000.00 and I have tried to talk to the collection agency they said to contact jk harris.
So I did and jk harris said to contact the collection agency.? Called to jk harris and the rep I spoke to said well I can refer you to another rep to leave a message. How can I go about getting my name off this since I had never requested services from them?
