I bought my home September 30 I first was with a company Universal American Mortage everything was fine after making my very first house payment I received a letter from Wells Fargo about two weeks later welcoming me their company.
I had no idea what the hell I was in for. Their welcoming letter also shared that my house payment was changing from 840.00 dollars a month now was going to be 733.27 I can't explain how happy that made me well about six months later they wrote me another letter saying that my loan had been audited and that my payment would go up to 840.00 I thought ok well that's what I originally was told about six months later I received another letter saying my house payment was going from 840.00 to 900.00 it was a little over 900.00 I can't remeber the exact number.
About another six months I receivd another letter saying my mortage was going to be 1,083.00 dollars a month a few months later another letter now my mortage is 1,114.00 dollars a month I am two months behind and they keep sending letters how they want to help but when I called them that was a big fat joke.
All they said was how they couldn't help me this should be against te law for someone to be able to this to you after you have worked so hard for this American dream for a con artist to be able to come in and literally steal your home
