I followed the advice of the former wells fargo employee and after finding the address for the CEO-head hauncho of the company I emailed him about my situation but haven't heard a word back from him. I got almost all of the copies I sent to wells fargo, back in the mail on 5/30/08 along with a letter saying we are still due for 3/03's payment.
Would someone please tell me how we can still be 3 payments behind after I have made each payment since I paid washington mutual $3336.40 on March which was supposed to bring the payment current? I was told by an employee of washington mutual that we are at their mercy and we have to pay whatever they say we should pay if we want to keep our house.
This has been going on since 2001 and we have been threatened with foreclosure ever since. Just last month we got a letter from homevesters asking if we wanted to sell our house to them to avoid foreclosure and included in the letter was a copy of our loan history from wells fargo. We have never heard of this company and I feel as if our privacy has been invaded because they should not have had that information.
This world is in a mess and people like those at washington mutual and wells fargo makes it even worse because they are fattening their pockets with the money we pay for mortgage. We are being ripped off big time and the ceo's dont want to face us or own up to it or make it right. I was told by someone at the housing coilation that wells fargo is in a class action law suit and I wish I could be a part of it also.
