It seems their online system dumps you login / password every few months which requires a call to the "customer service" number 800-365-7772. This number is generally ignored by them and at present I have been on hold for 1:18 hours. I didn't create the problem, and only want to make a mortgage payment. Well, I called them at 1PM and have a doctors appointment at 3:30, and am wondering if this is going to get picked up or not. Last time I called I got someone who acted like I was a complete idiot and had no ability to use a computer. Amazing!!
