I hold American Express credit card and I must say that I have suffered losses twice because of very poor service by them. And to my utter surprise, the same mistake was repeated in both the instances. Difficult to write the whole story but to cut it short, they never care about customers. They are not bothered about the request by customers. I think they feel the customer is not important any more. If this kind of service is provided, better not to go for American Express.
