I am on the second round with OcwenFedBank. At present, I called them on Thursday and complained that they were not operating the speed pay system. As of today, Martin Luther King's Holiday, Jan 17th, they did not take the money out of my checking account, now two months, as promised by close of business on Thursday. The person I spoke to gave me a confirmation number; however, but still did not take the payments out. This is a very serious thing. Because they claimed I foreclosed last year, it was impossible for me to change to another morgage company. They are attempting to do the same thing. I can't tell you how stressed out, upset and nervous I am. No, I can't sleep. What can I do? These are the real terrorists, destroying what is so hard for the American Family to have, a home, peace and well-being. I would like to see each and every person put in jail for this extortion. Here's the nightmare of last year:
Last year they kept two payments (Bank of America Cashier's check totalling more than $4700, for more than 2 months before returning it, and then not to my address, but to my brother's house. They claimed I had been very late, added late charges, returned check charges, and stated it was for the wrong amounts, so that they could "not take" it. I called for seven days in a row to find out the "right" amount and when I finally talked to what sounded to me like a scam artist, he said I could only keep the property if I paid a hefty $2000 for lawyers fees to stop the foreclose because of non-payment. NOW: It is happening again! Of course I will talk to the press, actually would like to see this bank put out of business. I am sure most of the late fees, the $2000 for so called lawyers fees are going into off-shore accounts as they are in west palm beach and I am sure they are scamming as many people.
The entire company should go down. From the speed pay (I cant speak English actor) to the ones in charge of taking people's homes away. I cannot understand why they are in business? What kind of governing is this? AND to top it off, all of the money on the old loan was kept, and a new loan was issued, starting again at the $150K, so all of the equity was stolen to boot. Do you think I have a case? Please send my letter forward to any senator or congressman who has ever had the American Dream in their heart only to have a greedy, mafia squad, who are the real anti-american terrorists, stab me in the heart.
