We bought a house from one lender they sold our loan to Ocwen morgage ever since they took the loan they have been reporting the loan late on our credit. We tried to refinance through American lending they had us pay for an eprasial and then they said they couldnt do anything that put us behind one payment so we told Ocwen we would make 2 payments in that month they told us no you have to go on a forbarence plan this plan increaced our payments by 300.00 dollers a month they said to catch up well their adding late payments of 75.00 on each payment and reporting every payment late to the credit burea regardless of them recieving their money on time. We went from oweing 1 month to 5 months I dont know how this could be they report this to the credit agencys as 160 days past due even though they have RECIEVED THEIR PAYMENTS. I dont want to loose my house but these people dont care if your trying to pay something you cant afford
they will keep reporting you late and keep charging you late fees until they can steal your house from under you for their proffit.
