Checking Acct./Internet Fraud - checking

It was been 3 mos. Since my checking account was compromised via internet fraud. To-date Citibank will not take responsibility for the dominio affect this has taken on my life. I have been calling every day for 3 months to resolve this issue and the managers at the bank branches are never there and when they are in, they still do nothing after saying that they would take care of it.
